个人简介:现为 “工业微生物发酵技术国家地方联合工程研究中心”主任、“工业微生物教育部工程研究中心”主任、“海西绿色生物制造技术协同创新中心”(福建省级)主任、“福建省现代发酵技术工程研究中心”主任、福建师范大学生命科学学院副院长、微生物学博士点学科带头人、福建省重点学科“发酵工程”学科带头人。“中国生物化学与分子生物学会工业生化与分子生物学分会”副理事长、“教育部高等学校生物工程与生物技术专业教学指导委员会”委员、“中国生物化学与分子生物学会”理事、“福建省生物化学学会”常务副理事长。入选福建省“百千万人才工程”、福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才计划。
从事微生物功能基因和工业酶制剂的研发工作。先后主持参与国家“863”、国家自然科学基金、省重大专项、省自然科学基金重点和省发改委产业重大等23项课题的研究。获国家发明金奖1项,福建省科技进步二等奖1项、福建省科技进步三等奖2项、省自然科学优秀论文一等奖1篇、中国科协优秀学术论文奖1篇。已在《Marine Biotechnology》、《Journal of Biotechnology》、《Journal of molecular catalysis B-enzymatic》、《Curr Microbiol、Enzyme and Microbial Technology》、《Journal of bioscience and bioengineering》、《Journal of the American Oil Chemist’s Society》和《微生物学报》、《生物工程学报》等国内外刊物上发表110多篇论文,并在GenBank数据库登录基因序列4200多条。重视成果产业化,建立了多个产学联合体。
